Dollar Tree Opens in Ocala

Ocala, FL (January 2019) – The Morgan Companies (“Morgan”) is pleased to announce the opening of Dollar Tree in Ocala, FL.

Morgan purchased the 1.74-acre former drugstore at 801 17th Street on September 12th, 2018, for the total purchase price of $1,200,000. The 14,156 square foot building was leased to Dollar Tree after undergoing some physical improvements, and the store opened on January 25th.

Along with the 17th Street property, Morgan also purchased another former drugstore at 2010 SW College Road in Ocala. The 1.83-acre site will be redeveloped into a 5,411 square foot RaceTrac convenience and gas store.
