Morgan Property Group, LLC is pleased to announce the sale of commercial land located at the southwest corner of Ocoee Apopka Road and Ocoee Crown Point Parkway in Ocoee, Florida.
MPG, through its affiliate Ocoee Partners I, LLC, acquired 20.77 acres of land in 2013 for a proposed mixed-use development. Since that time, Pulte Homes acquired the residential portion of the project to develop 44 single family homes (“Crown Pointe Homes”), and MPG has completed site preparation activities for the commercial portion of the project. MPG leased one of the lots to Dunkin’ Donuts, and the retailer has almost completed construction of a freestanding store with drive-thru service. Dunkin’ expects to open this month.
On July 11, 2016, MPG sold the corner outparcel of the project, approximately 2.17 acres, to Kankoo Enterprises, LLC for $975,000 for the development of high end gas station and convenience store. Morgan Real Estate, Inc., the Florida brokerage arm of MPG represented the Seller and Crosby & Associates, Inc. represented the Buyer in the transaction.
“The Westyn Bay commercial project is really taking shape now,” said Trey Morgan, President of MPG. “We are attracting the type of top quality neighborhood retail users we anticipated, and the finished product will be something visitors and residents can both be excited about.”
For leasing or sale information regarding the remaining retail outparcels, please call Scott Friedman of Morgan Property Group at 954-522-6010.
