Morgan Property Group, LLC is pleased to announce the sale of a 7-Eleven gas/convenience store located at 1001 Oakland Avenue, at corner of Oakland Avenue & N. Cherry Road in Rock Hill, SC, which the company developed in 2014.
This store was re-positioned by SDC VIII Oakland, LLC, an affiliate of MPG, in March 2015. It features a 4,756 sq.ft. convenience store with six pumping stations and an automatic car wash. 7-Eleven leases the property on a 15-year basis.
MPG sold the project to DSC Properties, LLC in February for a sales price of $1,940,000. Calkain Companies, LLC served as broker in the transaction.
