Ft Lauderdale, FL (March 2024) – The Morgan Companies is pleased to announce the signing of a lease agreement with Panda Express for a new store in Holiday Park Plaza, on the corner of Sunrise Boulevard and NE 15th Terrace in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.

The space is 2,100 square feet and the lease has a base term of 10 years. Holiday Park Plaza is a 40,877 SF Walgreens anchored retail center. Other tenants include Dunkin’ Donuts, Trek Bicycles, Tropical Smoothie Café, Crown Wine and Spirits, Amscot, AT&T, H&R Block, and Firehouse Subs.
