CityVet to Open New Clinic at Murphy Corner

Murphy, TX – April 25, 2025 – The Morgan Companies is pleased to announce that CityVet, a Texas-based veterinary care provider, will join Murphy Corner, a retail center developed and owned by The Morgan Companies located at 103 W FM 544, Murphy, Texas. CityVet will occupy the space formerly held by Charter Communications, and the new clinic is slated to open in summer 2025.​

CityVet’s Murphy clinic will offer a range of veterinary services, including preventive care, dental care, surgery, and more. The clinic is designed to provide a kind and comforting environment for pets and their owners, utilizing the latest advancements and techniques in veterinary medicine. ​  

Murphy Corner is a 9,000-square-foot retail center located at the northwest corner of FM 544 and Murphy Road. City Vet will join two other tenants at Murphy Corner, a Panera Bread with a double drive-thru and Freebirds World Burrito.
