Austin Stone Appointed as Director of Development at The Morgan Companies

Austin Stone brings to The Morgan Companies a wealth of experience in real estate development and asset management. Prior to joining The Morgan Companies, Stone served as Real Estate Manager at Publix Super Markets, where he was responsible for site selection and  overall storing  strategy across the southeast . His tenure at Publix was marked by numerous successful new store openings and the management of a diverse property portfolio. ​

In his new role as Director of Development, Stone will oversee the planning and execution of development projects, ensuring alignment with The Morgan Companies’ commitment to quality and innovation. His expertise will be instrumental in identifying new opportunities and enhancing the firm’s portfolio.​
