Former Kerr Drug in Cherryville, NC Sold

Morgan Property Group, LLC is pleased to announce the sale of a former Kerr Drug near the intersection of E. Main Street & S. Jacob Street in Cherryville, NC, located northwestern Gaston County.

This 0.91 acre property with 6,732 sq.ft. building was acquired by Walgreens of NC, Inc. in November 2013 as part of the company’s acquisition of all Kerr Drug assets.  On September 8, 2014, the property was sold to Don Beam for $110,000.  John Wilson and General Realty Partners, LLC, the NC brokerage arm of Morgan Property Group, represented the Seller in the transaction.
