Harbor Freight Tools to Replace Walgreens at Springtree Plaza

Sunrise, FL (November 2018) – The Morgan Companies (“Morgan”) is pleased to announce that Harbor Freight Tools will replace Walgreens at Springtree Plaza in Sunrise, FL.

 

Harbor Freight will reuse the current 15,705 square foot Walgreens building located at 3599 N. University Drive. Walgreens is expected to continue operating until March 2019, with Harbor Freight anticipated to open May 2019.

 

Adjacent to the Walgreens at Springtree Plaza is an 1,800 square foot Starbucks. Both were developed by Morgan in 1999.
