Morgan Acquires Two Properties for Redevelopment

August 2019 – The Morgan Companies (“Morgan”) is pleased to announce the acquisition of two properties in Kentucky and Ohio for redevelopment.

891 N Main Street in Nicholasville, KY is a 1.33-acre former Frisch’s Big Boy location. The hard corner property will be redeveloped for multi or single tenant use.

7135 Aurora Road in Aurora, OH is a 1.66-acre former Ruby Tuesday. It is outparcel to Marketplace at Four Corners, a premier regional shopping center with tenants such as Walmart, Target, Home Depot, Kohl’s, HomeGoods, Marshalls, and Dick’s Sporting Goods. Morgan intends to redevelop the property into a 7,500 +/- square foot multi-tenant retail building.
