
The Morgan Company is pleased to announce that Publix has signed a lease to anchor its new shopping center development on South New Hope Road in Cramerton, North Carolina. The center is located within Redhawk, Lennar’s 1,200+ unit community now under construction.
Situated on a 16-acre site, the new shopping center is designed to serve the rapidly growing Cramerton/Belmont region, a thriving Charlotte suburb.
Construction on Redhawk Pointe is expected to commence by the second quarter of 2026, with anticipated project completion in the third quarter of 2027. Other tenant announcements are expected soon.
The project includes two outparcels and 23,100 SF of additional retail space. As part of the roadway improvements, Lake Wylie Road will be realigned to intersect with McCullough Drive, creating a new signalized intersection.
