Morgan Property Group, LLC is pleased to announce the sale of a United States Postal Service center near the northeast corner of N. Wendover Rd. & Marvin Rd. in Charlotte, NC (819 N. Wendover Rd.).
In July 2013, MPG, through its affiliate SDC III Wendover, LLC, acquired 1.8689 acres of land and developed the USPS center and an adjacent 7-Eleven gas/convenience store.
On September 8, 2015, the 3,592 sq.ft. USPS center property was sold to Capital Syndicate, L.L.C. for a sales price of $1,360,000. Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Brokerage Company represented the Seller and Urban Realty Advisors represented the Buyer in the transaction. The center, which sits on a 0.72 acre parcel, is scheduled to open 4th Quarter 2015.
