Morgan Property Group, LLC is pleased to announce the opening of a 7-Eleven convenience/gas store at the northeast corner of South Blvd. & Sharon Road W in Charlotte, NC. This is MPG’s fifth 7-Eleven anchored development project in North Carolina.
In August 2014, Morgan Property Group, through its affiliate SDC XVI SOUTH, LLC, acquired the closed Exxon convenience/gas property at 8641 South Blvd. MPG then retro-fitted the existing structure to build out a new 7-Eleven store featuring a 3,206 sq.ft. convenience store with twelve pumping stations, and an additional 2,235 sq.ft. of available space for lease. The new building is referred to as “Sharon Square.”
“This South Charlotte location will service not only local residents, but also the many commuters traveling to and from Downtown,” said Trey Morgan, President of MPG. “We are confident of 7-11’s success at Sharon Square, and look forward to adding one or two co-tenants shortly.”
