Morgan Property Group, LLC is pleased to announce the opening of four 7-Eleven convenience/gas stores in the last 30 days, two in Virginia and two in North Carolina. This is MPG’s 9th and 10th 7-Eleven development project in Virginia and 3rd and 4th in North Carolina.
The most recent openings occurred on December 31st in Virginia Beach. One new store is located at the southeast corner of N. Military Highway and Norview Avenue in Norfolk. This site is located at the gateway to the Norfolk airport. The other Virginia Beach store is located at Providence Road & Kempsville Road. This project was a retrofit of an existing Exxon convenience store which was expanded and remodeled.
The two stores in Charlotte, NC are located at N. Tryon Street & W. Craighead Road and Freedom Drive & Thrift Road. The store on Freedom Drive features a unique “home plate design” and enhanced architectural features.
