Peace Haven Village Welcomes New Tenants

Clemmons, NC (December 2018) – Peace Haven Village, a shopping center developed, owned, and managed by The Morgan Companies (“Morgan”), is pleased to welcome several new tenants. 

Mediterraneo Pizza & Grill opened the doors to its 3,380 square foot space on November 27th.  The family-owned and operated restaurant has a sister location in Greensboro and offers Italian and Lebanese dishes, as well as local favorites and brick oven fired pizza.

Two other restaurants opened at Peace Haven Village earlier this year. Panera Bread opened its free-standing, 4,500 square foot building on September 11th after relocating from a nearby center. The new location features a drive-thru and offers home or office delivery to the surrounding community.

Moe’s Southwest Grill opened in March of this year. Its 2,500 square foot space is directly adjacent to Mediterraneo.

The Habit Burger Grill recently signed a lease for a build-to-suit freestanding building on the shopping center’s last remaining outparcel. Construction is underway, and the restaurant is expected to open Summer 2019. The 3,033 square foot building with drive-thru will be one of the California burger chain’s first locations in North Carolina.

In addition, the Morgan team has signed a lease with Novant Health-GoHealth Urgent Care center. The urgent care is the product of a partnership between Novant Health, a four-state integrated medical network, and GoHealth Urgent Care, one of the nation’s fastest-growing urgent care companies.

Only a 1,400 square foot endcap remains available for lease.
