Morgan Property Group, LLC is pleased to announce the sale of the final lot of Semoran Plaza near the southeast corner of Semoran Blvd. & Auvers Rd. in Orlando, Florida.
MPG, through its affiliate Semoran Partners, LLC, acquired four acres of land in 2007 for the purposes of retail development. MPG previously developed a freestanding Walgreens drugstore and a Wawa gas station/convenience store on site, and had one remaining vacant lot available.
On May 5, 2015, the remaining lot was sold to RCJ of Winter Park No. 2, LTD, for future expansion of the adjacent car dealership. Scott Friedman and Morgan Real Estate, Inc., the Florida brokerage arm of Morgan Property Group, represented the Seller in the transaction.
