Starbucks to Open New Freestanding Location in Hickory

HICKORY, North Carolina (August 2022) – The Morgan Companies (“Morgan”) is pleased to announce the development of a new freestanding Starbucks with drive-thru at the northeast corner of Highway 321 and 2nd Avenue NW in Hickory, NC.  This will be the third freestanding Starbucks in Hickory and Morgan’s sixth Starbucks development.

Morgan, through its affiliate Hickory Hwy 321, LLC, acquired +/-1.50ac from The Yount Family Living Trust.
